How do bookings work?
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to check-in. Our properties are popular, so we recommend booking early to lock in your dates.

Can I change my booking dates?
Unfortunately, bookings are non-flexible once confirmed. This helps us manage availability fairly across all guests. Please ensure your travel plans are firm before booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict no-refund policy. For peace of mind, we highly recommend taking out travel insurance.

Do you offer refunds for early departures?
We’re unable to refund unused nights or early check-outs. We’re confident you’ll love every moment of your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am. This allows our team time to prepare the space for our next guests.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes - subject to availability, you can check in from 12:30pm or check out by 12:00pm for an additional $95 fee. Just let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.

How do I access the property?
All Rentsphere stays offer contactless entry via a keyless system or lockbox. You’ll receive your unique access code 24 hours before arrival.

During Your Stay

Are towels and linen provided?
Yes, we provide fresh bed linen and one towel per guest. If you need extras, we suggest bringing additional items with you.

Can I have visitors during my stay?
For safety and comfort, only guests listed on your booking are permitted at the property.

Can I bring a baby?
Absolutely. While our spaces aren’t baby-proofed, you’re welcome to bring your infant. A travel cot is available for a $50 set-up fee - please request this when booking.

Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available at all Rentsphere properties. Login details will be sent before arrival and are included in the guest guide.

Can I use the kitchen?
Of course. Our kitchens are equipped with essentials so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal during your stay.

Is there access to facilities like a gym or pool?
If the property includes shared amenities, one key fob is provided per booking. We recommend coordinating with your group, as we can’t provide additional fobs.

House Rules

Can I host a party or event?
We kindly ask that no parties or events are held at the property. Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00pm.

Are pets allowed?
To keep our homes comfortable for all guests, pets are not permitted at any Rentsphere property.

What if something goes wrong during my stay?
We’re just a message away. Please contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Safety & Responsibility

Is my personal property covered?
While we strive to provide a secure environment, we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. We recommend keeping valuables secure and taking out travel insurance.

What about accidents or injuries?
Guests are responsible for their own safety while staying with us. Please use the space with care and follow our guidelines.

Check-Out & Departure

What do I need to do before checking out?
Before you go, please leave the property tidy, dispose of any rubbish, and place used towels in the laundry basket. There’s no need to strip the beds.

Can I store my bags after check-out?
We don’t currently offer luggage storage, but we’re happy to recommend nearby services if needed.

What if I leave something behind?
Let us know as soon as possible. If we find your item, we’ll arrange return postage at your expense.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. You’ll receive payment details as part of the booking process.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes - we offer reduced rates for stays over 7 or 30 days. Get in touch with us to learn more about current offers.

Property Features

What’s included with each stay?
Every Rentsphere property includes high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh towels and linen, a fully equipped kitchen, and a digital guidebook with local recommendations.

Is smoking permitted?
No. All our properties are strictly non-smoking. Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoking is detected.

What if something gets damaged?
Please let us know straight away so we can sort it out. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation.
